Heart7's Chest Rub is designed to bring relief to congested chests and sore muscles. When a warm damp cloth is placed on top of a chest bathed in Chest Rub, the cooling properties of menthol and eucalyptus and the ant-inflammatory mechanism of rosemary oil penetrate deep into the chest to help break up the burning discomfort of congestion, allowing you to breath more easily and feel soothed in the process. Rub some on before a hot shower or even dab a little under the nostrils to open up the sinus for easier breathing.
An added bonus of these components is their ability to soften tight muscles, leaving a slight refreshing and comfortable sensation on the skin and aiding in the healing process.
