Antonio Whiteley, L.Ac.

Antonio's career has taken him from Los Angeles to New York to San Diego where he has worked in both private practice and large facilities focusing on pain management and rehab. In 2004, he decided to broaden his expertise by studying the bio- electric principles, evaluation and treatments of Microcurrent technology under Dr. Darren Starwyn and the Microcurrent Research Inc. Because of the profound effects this has had on his patients, he continues to use this technology in practice and has incorporated microcurrent in his successful acupuncture treatment protocol. In 2008, Antonio received an orthopedic specialty by completing the extensive Acupuncture Orthorpedics courses at Cedars Sinai Medical Center with Dr.Fred Lerner. Upon taking the board examination in May, he will become a Diplomat of the National Board of Acupuncture Orthopedics, a title that less than 300 acupuncturists in the United States can claim.

A Master's competitive swimmer, where he currently holds top ten national times, Antonio has always had an interest in sports and sports medicine.
